Split-Level Remodel
The exterior of this 1940’s split-level home received a mid-century modern refresh. The addition and extension of the rake over the front entry unifies both halves of the elevation, while creating an entry that feels welcoming and protected. The new dormer above provides natural light to a small desk nook, offering a cozy, well-lit space to work.
